MIGHTY WAVES COACHING
You were never meant to carry it alone
For wives, mothers, leaders, and founders, usually the same woman on the same day. We dig through the hard things and build something you will actually keep to. My faith is the engine of how I work, and you set how much of it sits in the room.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You are here because something is not sustainable
You are performing well and quietly running on empty
You are in a season that looks like a step back and you are scared it is permanent
You are caring for children and aging parents in the same week
You want to pivot and cannot see the door yet
You cannot tell which yeses are God’s and which are guilt
You lead everyone and nobody leads you
You keep restarting the same goal and never finishing it
You want someone to tell you the truth kindly, not manage you
You want your faith at the center of it, not bolted on
IF THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE
I have stood on that fragile ground
The ground where you do not know how to frame yourself anymore. You have been home for years. You have been the PTA mom, the room parent, the volunteer, the one who held the whole thing together while everybody else went to work. And now you are trying to work out how any of that becomes a sentence you could say in an interview.
You sit in a room and feel like an impostor in a chair you used to be qualified for. You cannot see how you could be anything more than what you have been these last few years. Pivoting back to corporate America looks enormous from where you are standing, and intimidating, and faintly humiliating in a way you would not say out loud.
I am not going to tell you that is irrational. It is not. It is just not the whole truth.
I am not going to hand you power. You already have it. All I do is help you unlock it, and use the outcomes God already intended for you to have.
God wants you living an abundant life in Him. Read Ephesians 3:20 daily, or stick it on your mirror until you believe it.
PERMISSION, BEFORE WE START
The messy, uncertain gray areas are allowed
Not every season resolves neatly. Some of them are just gray. You are not where you were and not yet where you are going, you cannot see the shape of the next thing, and everyone keeps asking what your plan is as though you are being difficult by not having one.
I want you comfortable enough to sit in front of me and say you are stuck. That is not a failure of faith and it is not a failure of nerve. It is a place. I have lived there more than once and I know exactly what it is like from the inside, which is why I will not rush you through it.
And here is what I believe about the gray, because I have tested it. It is where God does some of His greatest work. And do not even get me started on the work that happens in the fire!! Obedience in the waiting is still obedience, and it may be the hardest kind there is. That is where He refines you. That is where He chisels the best version of you out of the one who walked in. And He loves you exactly as you are while He does it.
You are not behind. You are being prepared.
ON THE SHAPE OF A CAREER
Your career can be beautiful in the waiting
It may not go the way you thought it would when you walked out of college with a plan and a folder. It may take turns and twists you never dreamed of. Mine did.
What I have learned is that the quiet part matters more than the plan. Listening for God, and then actually doing whatever He says, even when the next step makes no sense on paper and you cannot show anybody the spreadsheet that justifies it.
If we knew the outcome and it required no risk, there would be no faith in it at all.
That is the whole thing. Faith is the part where you move before you can see. And the waiting is not wasted time between the real chapters. It is where the shape of you gets made. God’s greatest work is in the molding and the shaping.
WHAT WE WORK ON
Six things that come up almost every time
01 — Calling and clarity
What you are actually for in this season, and what you are allowed to put down.
02 — Capacity
Boundaries, rhythms, and rest that hold up under a real family and a real business.
03 — The roadmap
Goals cut down small enough that a busy woman can actually do them. With me checking.
04 — Confidence and voice
Asking, negotiating, and taking up the room you have already earned.
05 — The hard things
Grief, marriage, motherhood, old wounds. We do not go around them and we do not rush them.
06 — Scripture anchors
A few verses that hold your particular weight. Chosen on purpose, kept close.

WHY I CAN SAY THIS
Not every year is a ten
Mine certainly were not. I have had years I would put on a billboard and years I would not put on a résumé. I stepped back for aging parents. I stepped back for my twins. I went sideways when the next rung was right there and the next rung was not the right thing.
Every one of those turns cost me something and not one of them ended my career. I am not going to sell you a straight line, because I do not have one and neither does any woman I respect. What I will do is sit with you in the season you are actually in and help you find the door out of it.
A pause is not a stop. Give yourself permission to live gracefully through your pause.
THE VERSE BEHIND THE WORK
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
EPHESIANS 3:20–21 (ESV)
Far more abundantly than you are currently asking for. According to power that is already at work in you. Not power I install, and not power you have to go out and earn. Already there. My passion is helping you find it and put it to work.
FAQ
The questions I always get
Do I have to share your faith to work with you?
No. My faith is the engine of how I work and I will not hide it, but you set how much of it sits in the room. Plenty of women come for the accountability and the clarity and find the rest at their own pace.
Is this coaching or is it therapy?
It is coaching. I am a certified life coach and a licensed care minister, not a licensed therapist. We will go into hard things, and if what you need is clinical care I will tell you plainly and help you find it.
I have stepped back from my career. Is it too late?
No. I have stepped back more than once and come back both times, not always to the same rung. This is the single most common thing women bring me, and it is the thing I know best.
How soon will I see something change?
You will leave the first hour with one page and two actions. Whether your life changes depends on whether you do them, and I will be asking.
What if I need to stop?
Then you stop. Everything monthly is month to month. I would rather you leave and come back in a better season than stay in something that no longer fits.
How do I actually book?
For the moment, by email — jmalhotra@mightywaves.org.
